ATP 3.0" Modular Intake Kit for VW Golf Mk5 GTI, Audi A3, Seat Leon Cars Equipped with 2.0TFSI
3.0” modular intake kit fits FWD 2.0L FSI equipped VW Golf/Jetta/GTI/Audi A3, 304 stainless tubing mandrel bent and electro-polished. 3.0” special CNC machined MAF housing with extensive flow optimisation. Billet MAF mounting base and stainless bolts. This system is the only one available for the 2.0L FSI that has been engineerd to use a full 3.0” flow path (for max HP and torque) and will still work properly with any “chipped” or “reflashed” ECU on the vehicle. The kit also utilises a strategically placed open element filter that is both high flowing and efficient in capturing cold air from the stock air ducting.
The kit also comes with a aftermarket diverter valve reroute port for seamless future install of a stronger and more efficient aftermarket diverter valve.
This intake kit will unleash the 2.0FSI engines breathing ability even further and allows the engine to make power to redline without choking up. It replaces the entire stock intake elbow, filter, and airbox assembly including the stock restrictive MAF housing. It’s incredibly easy to install and all parts are supplied.
This intake can support sufficient airflow for 450hp.

2.5" Inlet Pipe Set for Transverse 1.8T Full Kit GT28RS/GT2871R/GT3071R/StageIII/IV
Inlet Pipe set for turbo inlet used on full GT28RS/GT2871R/GT3071R/StageIII/IV Kit on Transverse 1.8T, with bent 2.5" inlet pipe, connection for airbox and choice of inlet elbow at the turbo connection point. Pipe has provision for all stock connections such as diverter valve reroute, crankcase breather, N75 vent, and add'l vacuum return hose. Some additional small breather/vacuum hoses and clamps may be required for proper connection depending on particular engine used on.
3" turbo outlet and 2.75" Maf.

As above, but a full 3" bore, with 3" turbo outlet and 3" maf coupler.

ATP 3" Inlet pipe upgrade for ELIMINATOR Transverse 1.8T Golf/Jetta/Beetle
Large bore 3" inlet pipe upgrade for eliminator series turbos utilizing stock location manifold. Eliminates stock diameter restrictive inlet and is critical for making anything over 230 WHP on any turbo mounted in stock location. Inlet pipe set components consist of: Larger bore adapter at turbo, 3" cast intake tube, mounting brackets for shifter cables, 3" Intake elbows, 3" silicone couplers, provision for 3" or stock MAF connections, 3" high flow open element filter, diverter valve/pcv reroute, all hardware. Entire stock intake tract is replaced.
